Weekend retreats are a great way to get introduced into the practice of meditation following the early Buddhist teaching. It is also a good opportunity to deepening your practice and get direct access to a teacher.
These weekend are silent retreats under the guidance of, Delson, an advanced student of Bhante Vimalaramsi, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. These retreats are intended for beginning and advanced meditators and will cover the practice of the 6Rs (“Right Effort”) and the the jhanas as taught by the Buddha.

Prices: Price for the retreat:
- 300$ for single room
- 250$ for double room (double occupancy)
Price includes lodging and full board (including breakfast and lunch). Additional cost with be your (local) transportation, and optional dana to the teacher. We aim to keep prices as low as possible allowing people with all budgets to attend. There will be several room types. Monastics can attend for free.
